Jaguar and Land Rover Join Forces with Spotify to Bring Drivers a Unique App for Streaming Music

Jaguar Land Rover has joined forces with Spotify and made it their mission to transform the way you listen to music in your car. Jaguar Land Rover has announced that they will now be offering a unique Spotify app for streaming music in your vehicle; the iOS app is available now for download from the App store across the Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle lineups. UK musicians Ricky Wilson of Kaiser Chiefs and rapper Example went head-to-head with their own Spotify driving playlists while driving the Range Rover Evoque Convertible and Jaguar XE.

What makes this Spotify app special is that it’s the first in-car app to offer recommended playlists based on users’ listening habits, and operates with the same Spotify interface drivers are familiar with from their smartphone. The app is available to both free and premium users through the InControl Apps on the cars’ touchscreen command center.
