For as long as I can remember, I've been a Jaguar enthusiast. When it was finally time to consider my third Jaguar, it only seemed logical to visit a Jaguar dealer nearby (I live in Livingston, NJ). After waiting too long for a reasonable response, I decided to abort that dealer and check out Ray Catena Jaguar, a dealership I was familiar with over the years. After a quick search of numerous reviews, I took the time out to travel down to Edison, NJ. I was lucky to find (and ask for) James Mull, a sales and leasing consultant who was highly regarded for his professional approach and knowledge of Jaguars. He was impressively courteous and charismatic, yet had a no-nonsense persona which made me feel very comfortable in what could've been a stressful decision-making situation. He asked the right questions and was able to immediately assess exactly what I was looking for. Jim was also able to address all of my concerns with direct responses, and it was clear to me that he knew his "product" with no uncertainty. Within 10 days, he had me in the car of my dreams. His genuine friendliness and sense of humor helped to make the auto buying process a fun experience. If you are in the market for a vehicle that's unsurpassed in every way, do yourself a favor and go to Ray Catena Jaguar. And if you are fortunate enough to meet James Mull, consider yourself fortunate. He is a "gem"!
This was our first time purchasing a Jaguar and first time with a Ray Catena dealership. Alan Banjany was the reason this deal was made. If there is one thing I do not like- it's purchasing a vehicle. Alan was not pushy and was very accommodating to any inquiry my wife and I had. Alan was the first sales consultant I have ever dealt with that did not come off as the "typical car salesman." He was more than that and was down to earth and did not sugar coat anything. We look forward to purchasing another vehicle from him in the near future just because he made the car buying process as painless as possible. I worked with Joe Rigolini to lease my first Jaguar XE. The whole experience was seamless and smooth and I drove the car home the same day. Joe was very helpful and professional, and exactly knew how to deal with his customers. His focus was only my satisfaction rather than making a sale so I didn't feel any pressure in making my decision. Overall, he was great, highly recommend.
Working with James at Ray Catena Jaguar was by far the best experience I've had when leasing a car. He went above and beyond and made sure to find exactly what I was looking for and was always readily available whenever I had any questions or concerns. I just purchased my 3rd Jaguar from Michael Burnside and once again he makes my dreams come true. I love dealing with Michael because he always knows exactly what my needs are and the process is seamless. With so many other cars out there to purchase, I stay with Jaguar because michael is there for me 24/7 and that is something I'm not willing to give up. I have been a loyal customer of Prestige Land Rover/Jaguar for over 14 years. in the past year or so the dealership was sold to a new group and the service went down the hill with the acquisition. I had never dealt with Ray Catena and not even considered it, but a couple of emails requesting pricing for a new jaguar and James Mull was on the case immediately. Purchase of newer Infiniti - John Keane assisted me with the repair on my 2008 Infiniti. I always ask for him to help with my repairs because he is very fair and up to date with my car needs. While my car was being repaired, I noticed a 2013 Infiniti. Jeffrey Simone assisted me with purchasing the car and selling my old car. I was very pleased with the time and care he took to make sure I got the best available deal. I would ask for him again when I purchase another vehicle.

He's a great guy who really knows his stuff and will take the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. And, he'll find you a good deal. I really have no reservations about recommending him.
