This experience was by far the best. I communicated my requirements/wishes over email since I had already drive F-Pace as loaner vehicle when my previous Jaguar was in for scheduled maintenance. We pretty much negotiate over email and the entire process was extremely convenient and painless. On day of the delivery I showed up, signed the usual papers and drove away with my new F-Page Sport.

Cassidy is an amazing person. She was so easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. She went above and beyond in her customer service. There was never a moment where I felt as though she wasn’t listening to me or wouldn’t do what it took to get me what I needed. She or anyone at the dealership made me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. They all treated me like friends. I did online inquiry thru USAA and had about 20 calls and e-mails. For some reason God prompted me to inquire Cassidy out of the all 20 e-mails and I did. When I worked into the shop and saw Cassidy, I was already blessed! Prior to Cassidy, I had bought cars online becuase I could not stand high pressure sales from male sales rep, after my horrible experience buying my first luxury car at BMW Honolulu. From BMW, I moved onto Volvo, the safest car in the world for my 4 children. I only responded to female reps to correspond via emails thru USAA car buying service and that was how I bought my first Volvo. I did the same for my second Volvo and was successful with another female rep. My second Volvo tough had quite a lot of issues and I started to get a second thought about the car. I knew at that point since my children are growing older, it was my time to move on to different and better car but I also knew that I had to actually make a few visits to dealerships in order for me to explore what else was out there. I was very pessimistic and hesitant of visiting any dealerships becuase of my bad experience with BMW Honolulu (they mocked me and my young age at that time as I went there alone and ripped me off as I had to pay a sticker price as they called it monopoly in Hawaiian market). Now I am a single mother of 4 children, we all went together and started with Mercedes. Uggggg....nothing was new under the sun as it was very oppressed environment that we felt sick of being there. My children and I felt that thr sales person was very rude and manipulative and condescending. Therefore, I was already walking out the door while she kept talking and talking becuase she would not let me talk. This was a huge mistake that we went there. We then arrived at Jaquar. We felt very welcomed and peaceful there. We felt that God was in that dealership! I saw Cassidy at her desk and I thanked God that moment I saw her! She was very sweet and warm and welcoming me and my 4 children and was willing to help me with my USAA quotes, as Mercedes lady who condescended the USAA quote calling it “crap,” in front of my children. Cassidy worked very hard to find the car of my dream within the budget that fits my finances! We got to work with her for 3 days from the day we start looking and the delivery! I am astonished with my Jaguar and what the car can do! The experience which Cassidy gave us was golden and I am forever thankful for her most kind and excellent service. She got us many souvenirs with Jaguar logos! I am looking forward to work with her for many more years to come for my next Jaguar in the future! Had a great experience leasing my 2019 Jaguar F Pace at Ray Catena Edison. Steven Christianson was a pleasure to work with through the process - very professional, consistent follow ups and gave me my time to decide all options. Alan Banjany was great in addressing some of the finer contract terms that made me decide on a Jaguar over others. Highly recommend this car and this team!
